The contents of this website and blogs are all my original work (no AI involved!) and not stolen from anywhere. Where information has been sourced from other places, they are adequately mentioned.
Although I have done my own independent research where needed, the information should be taken cautiously in that there may be newer information that may have superseded what I have written. Where possible I have also provided the date of my posts/ date when posts were updated.
The information does not take into individual circumstances and you would be better off consulting your doctor for your specific individual needs.
All aspects of this website are owned by me. I created the contents and design. I have personally paid for the hosting of the website.
This website, like any other website in the internet is hosted (stored) in a 3rd party platform (ie computer, often part of a large data centre). Those platforms as well as plugins built into this website log data from visitors of the website. The data is generally obtained from the device. But may also be obtained from the internet provider (wifi network) as well as ISP. The data logged may include, information about your device, web browser used, date, time, ip address, location and more. Although, the information that is presented to me will only have information metrics about the performance of the website in a non identifiable manner, other parties such as the host, data miners, your ISP, internet providers may use your information for commercial and other purposes. These are beyond the scope of my control.
There are no section in this website to register or post comments. I do not collect, save or divulge any personal information.
